Rod Frank, Sales Representative

Rod was born in Hamilton and grew up in the South West area, just off Aberdeen. He attended Westdale high school and went on to study at Saint Mary's University in Halifax. After completing a year at Saint Mary's he returned to Hamilton to finish his last three years in his hometown at McMaster, graduating with a degree in Political Science. After Rod finished his schooling he married his longtime girlfriend Amalia and they settled down in Ancaster having four children.

Rod loves sports and the outdoors. Football is a great passion of his and he played throughout his schooling. He is proud to have been a part of teams such as Hamilton Hurricanes, Saint Mary's Huskies and McMaster Marauders. With his playing days a memory he spends many fall days cheering on the Marauders on the sideline with his family.

Ben Frank, Broker of Record

Ben Frank son of "The World's Nicest Salesman" followed in his father's footsteps and chose a career in real estate. After listening to countless conversations revolving around real estate at the dinner table, you would think Ben would have had enough, but now he is leading the conversation. Ben grew up in Ancaster and attended Bishop Tonnos High School. He then went on to continue his studies at Western University majoring in Political Science.

After finishing his schooling Ben got into the family business and thrived. When the work is done you can find him working out or playing basketball at the local gym. Ben is an extremely active individual and in the colder months loves to escape with a few friends to go snowboarding up north.

Samantha Frank, Sales Representative

Samantha Frank daughter of “The World’s Nicest Salesman” has followed suit, joining her father, brother & cousin working for The Frank Team.

Samantha has always gravitated towards real estate being that she grew up in the environment and is such a sociable person. Born in Ancaster, Samantha attended Ancaster High School, then continued on her education at Carleton University for Honours English with a minor in History. In her third year she studied a term abroad at Leeds University in England and from there she found a love for travel.

It was no surprise that upon coming back home she set her sights on real estate. She joined The Frank Team in early 2015 and has been fortunate enough to spend the past years working alongside her closest friends and family.

When she’s not in the office Samantha spends her time practicing yoga & is an avid tennis player, playing through the winter at Ancaster Fitness and Racket Club and in the Summer is a member at the Hamilton Tennis Club. She is also an active runner. Recently completing her 9th half marathon, her third 30km Around the Bay Road Race and her 2nd full marathon. Next year she hopes to run in her third marathon.

Michelle Franchino, Sales Representative

Michelle is as charismatic as she is loyal. To every client she encounters she brings the same dedication, hard work and experience to the table. She has been a part of The Rod Frank Team since 2008, but has been a part of The Rod Frank Family for much longer.

She's known Rod since her teenage years and when Michelle spent her 20's and 30's raising her children and being a Educational Assistant at the school her kids went to- Rod was always telling her she'd be a perfect fit for real estate.

In 2008 she made the plunge into Real Estate and couldn't be happier she did! She has found great success and through the years has consecutively been a part of the Executive Club and a 100% Club Memeber award winner since 2011.

When Michelle is not in the office she loves to hike the Bruce Trail- the best hiking in all of Ontario- in the opinion of her spoiled, well-loved dog Wolfgang.

Renzo Passaretti, Sales Representative

Renzo Passaretti born in 1962 in Italy, Province of Ascoli Pisceno town of Valentina on a kitchen table. He moved to Hamilton in 1965 and grew up within walking distance to his Cathedral High School, where he attended and excelled playing Football, wrestling and Track and Field- which him and Rod Frank were quite a competitive match in each individual sport. In grade 12 he became Vice President of the Student Council and was also Spectator athlete of the year.

After High School Renzo went on to attend St Mary's University and played football for the SMU Huskies as linebacker and offensive line. While at SMU he received All Canadian Honours in 1984 and 85. He went on to become Athlete of the Year and graduated with a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Sociology. In 1984 Renzo was drafted to the Edmonton Eskimos in the 2nd round.

After university he worked as a Counselor and Supervisor for the Attorney Generals Department in Nova Scotia from 1986 to 1990. He them moved back to Hamilton in 1990 to work as a Sales Rep for a supplement company. From there he started his own business importing nutrition product from USA and distributing to stores across Canada from 1992 to 2012. Once he sold off the business he became the V.P. and General Manager for an American Corporation that manufactured and distributed Nutrition products all over the world.

Over the years Rod has always told Renzo Real Estate would be a no brainer for him with his sales background and love for the City. In early 2016 Renzo took Rod up on the offer and hasn't looked back. We expect big things from this energetic agent and are thrilled to have such asset to our team.

Helene Blake, Sales Representative

Helene was born in Scotland and came to Hamilton as a young child. She has lived in a few different pockets, making her neighbourhood knowledge exceptional. Growing up in the East End she attended Sir Winston Churchill High School. After graduating she moved onto the Hamilton Mountain and graduated from Mohawk College with two diplomas, which eventually brought her to her passion for Real Estate. She worked as head administrator and team leader for 5 years for Rod and then took the leap and got her licence. Helene brings to the team a complete understanding of the business and a passion for her clients.

Joseph Giovinazzo, Sales Representative

Joseph was born and raised in Hamilton's west end and still resides on the Hamilton Mountain with his wife and two Children. Previous to his career in real estate he was employed in the Computer Maintenance and Information Technology industry for over 25 years. This allowed him both the pleasure and opportunity of working with and for his clients with high levels of customer satisfaction. Joseph has carried these principles with him as a Realtor and Real Estate Consultant.

Joseph started his Real Estate career at RE/MAX Escarpment Brokerage 13 years ago, choosing a premier brand in RE/MAX and the #1 Brokerage in Hamilton for Sales for over 20 years. Joseph has achieved such career milestones as "Executive Club" and "100% Club " status and always strives in delivering premier services to all his clientele. He brings that Experience and knowledge to the Rod Frank Team .

Jeff Frank, Sales Representative

Jeff Frank was born and raised on the Hamilton Mountain. He attended Ancaster and Sir Allan McNab High Schools. He then studied Marketing Management at the University of Guelph and completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree. After graduation Jeff was employed with RBC for several years where he developed his knowledge in mortgage financing. It was then, with his interest peaked, that conversations with his Uncle Rod brought him to start his career in Real Estate. Joining The Frank Team, Jeff brings his marketing and financing knowledge to the table. Combine that with enthusiasm, dedication and a solid team, the future looks bright indeed.

These days when he isn’t selling houses Jeff enjoys playing hockey, golf, sailing, snowboarding, waterskiing, hiking and is an enthusiast of experimental archaeology. Jeff also loves to travel and even took a year to travel across Europe, Vietnam and South America

Laura Bielak, Sales Representative

With over 25+ years experience in residential real estate, Laura is one of the Frank Team's most seasoned Realtors. Laura is an award winning Real Estate Sales Representative who is best known in the media for securing an offer of over $100,000 above asking price. Her dedication to her clients has been recognized by her colleagues who presented Laura with the Re/Max Executive Club and Re/Max 100% Club Awards.

You wouldn't know it from her cheerful demeanor, but Laura is an aggressive negotiator who can get you the best possible price for your home or help you find the home of your dreams for less! Her strong work ethic, dedication to her clients and attention to detail ensure that your transaction is handled with exact professionalism and quality.

Laura began her real estate career in Toronto in 1986 where she developed a client-focused approach - her goal is to provide first rate, high caliber, hassle-free service unlike any other.
